We do Covid 19 Antibody testing. You will not have to see the doctor to have this test done.
We can do various blood work panels to test for cholesterol, diabetes and other health conditions. Let us know your concerns and we will let you know what is available. You do not have to see the doctor to have this done unless you would like a consultation.

Foot Zone Therapy is a method of treating the physical, mental and emotional features of the body, by using a specific massage of the nerves located on the feet. Each nerve signals the brain to affect change at the corresponding area -- muscle, bone, joint, organ or system. It is different from reflexology.
The benefits of cupping include local pain relief and muscle relaxation. For athletes, cupping may help increase blood flow to a particular muscle region or help reduce pain.
Cupping encourages tissues to release toxins. Focused blood flow helps your body by flushing built-up toxins through the lymphatic system. (Your lymphatic system is responsible for eliminating your body's toxins and waste.)
Select either a 15 minute Siesta or a 30 minute Siesta. A time to relax and unwind to enjoy after massage time without having to jump up off the table and get your phone, go to work or run errands. Definitely worth the add on and your muscles will say thank-you!

The work of a medical massage therapist differs from that of a general massage therapist. Medical massage therapists have advanced training and experience that allows them to provide care focused on healing injuries, improving function, or increasing circulation.
Sports Health Massage
Therapeutic sports massage focuses on treating soft tissue aches, pain and injuries that are associated with recreational activities. Massage can reduce muscle stiffness and improve relaxation by reducing heart rate and blood pressure.
Also known as pre-natal massage - promotes relaxation and bonding, soothes nerves, and relieves a strained back and tired muscles in expectant mothers. Massage has been shown to ease pain and reduce anxiety in the first stage of labor.
Headache Relief Massage
A head massage may help relieve stress and reduce tension. It may also ease migraine or headache pain, lower blood pressure, improve circulation to your head and neck.
Geriatric Massage (65+)
This technique employs light, gentle massage and passive stretching to ease muscle tension without excessive friction on the skin. Geriatric massage benefits those who are less physically active by helping to promote circulation and can help to improve posture and provide an overall sense of well-being. This massage is normally 50 to 60 minutes depending on client specific needs.
Deep Tissue Massage
The Massage Therapist applies pressure to specific layers of muscle, tendons, and tissues deep underneath the skin. This modality is highly therapeutic and works for everyone, from athletes to everyday employees. Daily routines, like sitting at a desk can lead to chronic muscle tension.
This type of massage is considered to be one of the most relaxing styles. It is the most common and best known type of massage. It involves long, fluid strokes of muscles and tissues with pressure that varies from light to medium to firm.
