Foot Zone Therapy

A method of treating the physical, mental and emotional features of the body, by using a specific message of the nerves located on the feet. Each nerve signals the brain to affect change at the corresponding area — muscle, bone, joint, organ or system. It is different from reflexology and our therapist is certified in this modality. Also, good for people with neuropathy and other foot problems.

Lymphatic Enhancement (LET) Therapy Sinus

The lymphatic system includes lymph fluid, lymphatic vessels, lymph nodes, lymphocytes, tonsils, the spleen and the thymus gland. This session is for the head and neck area. Great for Allergies.

Lymphatic Enhancement (LET) Therapy

This is a 60 min session. Using a vibrational LET instrument with sonic waves; an electro-static field; and electro-pressure with low emissions that are extremely low in energy so they are gentle and safe. If you suffer from trouble losing/gaining weight;

Tender breasts or breast lumps; Fluid retention or edema; Lymphedema; Post surgery swelling; Feeling tired, run down or stressed; Lactic acid build up in muscles after exercise; Recurring colds & infections; Poor circulation then this treatment may help you.

Myofacial Release Therapy

Your therapist will gently massage the myofascia and feel for stiff or tightened areas. Normal myofascia should feel pliable and elastic. The therapist will begin massaging and stretching the areas that feel rigid with light manual pressure. The therapist then aids the tissue and supportive sheath in releasing pressure and tightness. The process is repeated multiple times on the same trigger point and on other trigger points until the therapist feels the tension is fully released.

Cupping (30 min) Session

The suction and negative pressure provided by cupping can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, and sedate the nervous system (which makes it an excellent treatment for high blood pressure). Cupping is used to relieve back and neck pains, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, migraines, rheumatism, and even cellulite. Cupping encourages tissues to release toxins. Focused blood flow helps your body by flushing built-up toxins through the lymphatic system. (Your lymphatic system is responsible for eliminating your body’s toxins and waste.)
